:wave: Morning all! Boy what a struggle to get out of bed this morning and exercise. It was soooo cold and I was so tired, but I dragged myself out and made myself do 4-1/2 miles on the elliptical. I have to say now I feel much better for it. Hope you all have a great day!

Man,do I ever know what you mean! I had to literally drag myself out of bed this morning also. But I did manage 35 minutes on the Elliptical machine at the gym and planning to go back later tonight.

I did a firm workout this morning. I too am feeling a bit sluggish, but exercise is like paying bills right!!! It's something you have to do

You guys, what was it this morning? I couldn't hardly get out of bed either. I have MLK day off next Monday and that's what finally got me out of bed - the fact that I can sleep in next Monday! Ha!

This morning I did Cathe's Basic Step. I like her style. She's so different from the Firm instructors (not better or worse, just different).

Okay, who's next?
 

Keep up the great work everyone. I am posting just so that I can get back in the groove and gettting on here to post. I can't say that I am going to be doing lots of physical exercise, but we are getting ready to go to MGM so I'll be putting in some walking. Have a great day everyone and keep it up!!
 
I haven't posted in so long, but I HAVE been exercising! It's good to be on here this morning!

I hit the gym this morning for a 1-mile warm up on the treadmill followed by a 30-minute Sculpt Express class. Not a bad start for someone who generally does not exercise in the mornings!
 
I can finally post on one of the exercise threads!! woo hoo!

Anyway, I did 11 minutes on the eliptical and then 80 crunches. (someday I'll be doing 4 1/2 miles, right??)
 
Hi everyone! I was up an at 'em at 7am and did the WATP DVD. Hope to start that 4 days a week before work. Since I have a job, I can no longer walk with hubby! Plan to see you tomorrow!
 
I did two workouts today, jogging in the morning (4.4 miles in 39 minutes) and Curves after work.
 
I swam for 45 minutes.
