This morning I swam for 45 minutes.

Who's next ?????????????
 
50 minute weight program, 15 minutes on the StepMill.

Next?
 

I just ran 5 miles in just under 45 minutes.

60 min of group training with 30 min working the butt and 30 min working the abs. trainer said she wanted us to think of her as we go up and down stairs tomorrow.
 
after 2 mile walk away the pounds this morning. went for a one mile walk tonight with Dh and Ds

thats 3 miles today
 
1 mile run in 12 minutes! 80 crunches, and some arm work :cool1:
 
45 mins basketball, 10 minutes playing dodgeball, 3 hours walking in high heels. I think anyone who does that deserves a medal.

Ne-ext? Any takers??
 
I worked out for an hour -- split between weight circuit and walking. :banana:
 
I did two workouts, jogging in the morning (4.24 miles in 34:33) and Curves after work.
