This morning I ran for 60 minutes.

I did 40 minutes on my exercise bike for 13.2 miles and 20 minutes of work on my arms.

40 minutes of walking with 4 mini jogs on the beach. 25 minutes of yoga.

I got my Friday off to a fast start, running 4.26 miles in 34:51. Yippee!

I did a lot of hard moving and walking and carrying and hauling of stuff at our local Habitat for Humanity garage sale but because I didn't really track the minutes I'm counting 60 minutes, I know it was more but I don't know how much more.
