Do you still need to book an excursion to leave the ship with children under the age to be vaccinated?

Not on Bahamas, Caribbean or Alaskan cruises, I haven’t looked into European cruises.

The information sent out about requirements for European cruises did not mention that unvaccinated children could disembark only with excursions.
