Excursion tipping

Hey, ya'll, my DH is going on a deep sea fishing trip on Castaway Cay. What are the tipping guidelines for the DCL excursions? We're also doing one on St. Lucia, and I have planned tips for the excursions we're doing on our own, but don't have a clue for what to do with the DCL ones. Suggestions?

Typically 20% just like at a restaurant. A little more if they are really great, or give you good info.
