Are there taxes added to the price of excursions?

No, the price you see is the price you pay, now recently for example cabana costs went up as Bahamas put up there taxes.

I know in Nassau & Castaway Cay there is a 7.5% VAT (value added tax).

I believe all taxes are reflected in the price quoted when you sign up for your excursion.
