Exchanging ticket vouchers

Hi

We have vouchers for our 14 day passes that we need to change into real tickets (not done this before as we have always had proper tickets before we go). As we are staying onsite can this be done at our hotel? If so, can they be put onto our room cards? If they go onto the room cards, can we still use them once we check out of the hotel as there will still be a few days left on them when we go over to HRH?
I know, too many questions!
Hope some of you experts can help.

The short answer is yes and yes!

You can either add them on when you check in or if you pop to the concierge desk and they should be able to add them on for you.

The will be valid for 14 days from first use regardless of your check out date.
