Exchanging flex vouchers for tickets

Due to hurricane wilma we have received a voucher instead of a ticket for our 5park flex passes.

Is it possible to get these swapped for tickets at one of the park's stores at MCO?

If not can I go to any of the park's guest relations?

Unsure about the store's but you should definitely be able to get them exchanged at the Theme Parks.

Would suggest you go to the ticket booths outside the park for advice, they may be able to do it for you there.

I went with Virgin and got a voucher not a ticket, just go to the voucher counter and they will give you your ticket.

They are Universal tickets.
Same theory applies to Disney though.
Strange they do not not allow at the water parks.
