Exchanging aRes vouchers at Anaheim Hilton?

We are staying at the Anaheim Hilton and I have bought Disney tickets from the official Disney desk at the hotel in the past. Can anyone confirm the ability to exchange the aRes ticket vouchers for Disney tickets there at the Hilton?

Hilton website says:

• Disney Desk – A full-service ticket outlet staffed by Disneyland Cast Members

When we stayed there in 2015, my parents were unable to exchange their Orbitz vouchers for tickets. We had to go to the ticket booths outside the parks to get the tickets. The cast memebers told us all they could do is sell tickets. It couldn't hurt to ask, but keep in mind you may have to go to the parks to do it.
