Isn't mocha frappacino coffee??

Here is a copycat recipe for Starbucks

Starbucks Mocha Frappuccino

* 3 cups espresso coffee
* 3/4 cup sugar
* 4 cups milk
* 3/4 cup chocolate syrup
* whipped cream, for topping
* chocolate syrup, for topping

Make coffee, follow directions for your favorite brand of espresso roast coffee.
Mix coffee, still hot, and sugar in your mixer until sugar is dissolved.
Add milk and chocolate syrup and continue mixing, about one minute.
Pour mix into a sealable container for easy storage.
Store in fridge until ready to use (Note: Do not store any longer than you would milk).
To make drink, combine equal parts mix and ice in a blender and blend on high until smooth.
Pour into glasses.
Top each glass with whipped cream and drizzle with chocolate syrup.
Serve.
Serves 8

Having been there last year, and knowing whose stars we saw, I guess - Mickey Mouse, Harrison Ford and Steven Spielberg. (We took pics on MANY stars tho!)

If you KNEW the history behind BUYING those stars, it kinda loses it's luster tho.

Hollywood, in general, is FUN tho! Spent an entire day and still didn't have enough time!

Guess what we did today . We had put up our Christmas tree. I was needing a pick me up, and since I have the Thanksgiving/Fall decorations mostly packed in boxes in my storage room that I am not able to get to unless I really move around alot of boxes, I decided to skip to Christmas. So today's QOTD is-

I've actually started buying a few Christmas presents.

Almost done shopping....but no decorations go up before Dec. 1 here.

And as last year....hardly any will be anyway because most are in AZ and we will be there for Christmas again.

I've done a little Christmas shopping. Mostly Hallmark ornaments, some movies and the newest TransSiberian Orchestra CD for Joe.

I have definately shopped! Can't wait until 11/27 or 11/28 to decorate tho! I SAW someone's house tonight with icicle lights ON already! To each their own!

Have started getting the house ready as far as cleaning/painting goes. No decorations yet. Although, I did mention to DH yesterday that we are having some very awesome weather the next few days and he might want to get on the roof and hang our lights. (he'll wait till its so cold his hands bleed) That being said, nothing will get turned on until the day after Thanksgiving.

My family draw names a couple of weeks ago, so I've been thinking about what to give each member of the family that we picked. I just started picking up some gifts for my boys this past week, they haven't put together a list yet so not really sure what to purchase them. We will be putting our tree and lights up over Thanksgiving Holiday. While in Myrtle Beach my DH and I might go see the Christmas show here at one of the theatres or we might go see the Disney A Christmas Carol.
