Today, I was watching one of the food shows, and they were featuring sandwiches from different states. There was one place that used sliced cabbage instead of lettuce. When you eat sandwiches, at home or when you go to a deli or restaurant, do you ever use cabbage?

I have had one or two sandwiches that have used cabbage before, and they were good in the sandwich. Sort of similar to having cole slaw in a sandwich.

I've never participated in a White Elephant exchange, but I have participated in other gift exchanges.

No... but I find it's more of an American thing. It takes a couple years before that sort of stuff hits our market.

Nothing Christmas-y has caught my eye this year, but during Halloween, I liked the candy corn flavored M&Ms and the Starburst flavored candy corns. Most of the Christmas stuff seems to be peppermint or gingerbread insired flavors, and I'm not much of a fan of either.

Need to wrap presents and bake cooking. Shopping is done.
Have a vacation to go on too, so lots to get done in the next couple of days

Lots of chocolate!! lol... no nuts though. Too many people in my household hate nuts, so I'm the odd one out.

I'm finished shopping, but still need to do some wrapping!! I'm excited for Christmas!

So far, we have done the following Christmas activities:
Decorated
Made sugar cookies
Made pine cone Christmas trees
Bought Christmas presents
Made our Ugly Christmas Sweaters for my party
Made snow globes
Wrapped presents.

Tonight we get to make gingerbread men!

I am still waiting on things to arrive in the mail, and mail presents off. Getting meal plans done, and a game and such for a Christmas party next week.
