(Course down here at our baseball games, hot biscuits and syrup are served. And they are delicious! Not sure this would go over very well anywhere else though)

Mind you, I'd probably eat everything before anyone even lined up to order.

Id sell candy & slushes The younger kids & the tweens seem to have a lot of disposable cash & this seems like a money maker. I'd make popcorn too as I love it .

I want a food truck like this, so I think it would work for a concession stand too.

Nachos! Potachos! Fruit slice nachos (will that work?) I wanna try frying really think slices of sandwich meat to see if it could make chips too. It would probably be really gross but I wanna try it.

Hmmmm, whipped cream, maybe some kind of fruit dips with it? Chocolate?Nutella? Peanut butter? Caramel? Butterscotch? Maple syrup? Maybe some kind of combination of those. I guess you could even do ICE CREAM!

I know this is really specific but....the Gouda on the buffet at Paris casino in Las Vegas. I never really cared for Gouda because alllll of it I wild try was smoked or had a light smoke taste. I can't stand that smoke taste. The Gouda there is amazing and nutty. Yummmm
