Dropped DH at the airport Sat morning at an insanely early time to catch his filght for this business trip, and did some errands afterwards. Otherwise a quiet weekend.

This question would pop up the one weekend that we absolutely nothing. As in we didn't even leave the house. We had plans to go to a car show.... then we stayed home. :lmao: This weekend though will be great- my DS is turning 2! :cool1: Although it means my baby isn't a baby anymore.... sniff, sniff.

If you were on Dancing with the Stars, and say if you were the professional, and had to pick a celebrity to dance with. Who would your celebrity partner be?

nothing memorable over the weekend.

not sure who i'd choose as a dance partner. i'm short so i would need a relatively short partner.

I don't know which celebrity I would like to dance with. But I wouldn't mind being taught by Edyta's husband, Alec. ;)

I (thankfully!!) haven't been sunburned in years but as a kid I spent a lot of time red. I think I usually used aloe vera, but that would have been about it. I'm one of those who has 2 skin shades - pale white or bright red! I don't think I've ever been tan in my life

I usually coverup in the sumer months unless I'm at home, and I burn very easily. If I do get burnt, then I apply a very light moisturizer so that I don't peel, especially if I get burnt where my tattoo's are.

It depends on whether or not it hurts. If it does, I put something on it. I used to tan when I was younger. But as I got older and had kids, my skin changed and I don't tan like I used to.

I am another one of those lucky people who just do not tan. There is not in between, no shades of gray so to speak. It is just red or white. :lmao: It's funny too, since my kids tan like crazy like their daddy. And poor Davy, he looks like his mommy and his daddy all mixed together due to his eczema making him have tan patches and white patches. We use lots of aloe vera! I even use it when they are not burned, just because it feels good when you put it in the fridge and you come in when it's all hot out. :goodvibes

How is your Christmas tree decorated? If you were to receive an ornament from a special friend, what type would you like to get?

My tree is decorated with all sorts of ornaments. I actually buy one special ornament each year that is significant for that year. For example, on 2000 I bought a wedding one, in 2001 it was a new home one, 2005 baby, etc. We love deciding what made that year special. This year I will probably get 2, one to celebrate the life of my dad who passed away a couple of months ago and one to celebrate out renewal next month.

As for a friend, I have a friend with whom I exchange an ornament each year. Again, we might buy something of significance for the year or something about our friendship. This year, I will get her a pregnancy one since she recently found out she was pregnant after 6 years of trying.

My tree is mostly Hallmark ornaments. Since it's only 3' tall, I'd prefer receiving an ornament that was on the small side, only an inch or two tall.
