If you were to receive one Fall/Thanksgiving item, and one Winter/Christmas item from a friend, what would you like to receive?

That's a toughie! I don't do a lot of seasonal decorating now that the kids are gone.

For the Fall/Thanksgiving, I wouldn't mind having a pair of man and woman Indian figuerines. I have a pair of tall, thin Pilgrims but no Indian couple to go with it. I figure that the Indians were as much a part of the first Thanksgiving as the Pilgrims.

As for Winter/Christmas, if they wanted to give me an inexpensive wreath for my front door that could be used all the way through February, I'd like that. I just got rid of all my wreaths and have a new Fall one on the door.

For Fall, maybe a funky cornucopia centerpiece for my table. That would be different.

For Christmas..... hmmmmm..... I do need a new wreath. My got squashed this year. oops

Are you the type of person that likes to try new foods? If so, what top three things are next to try on your list? What foods did you not like?

I do sometimes. I don't know what kind of food I might like to try, it all depends on where I'm at, it's usually spur of the moment.

I haven't cared for any of the sushi that I've tried. I don't care for wine but I keep trying it to see if there is one out there that I might like.

I tried the State Fair fried food winner, Fried Frito Pie, at the State Fair and didn't like it. I also tried Fried Guacamole and didn't like that either.

I trying new foods! Although that shrimp sushi I tried yesterday wasn't the greatest thing in the world, it didn't make me sick. I just don't like the seaweed wrap green stuff in it. I like to try all kinds of new stuff- I'll try anything at least once. Next on my list is stuff at the new Mega Mart they built down the street- All Asian yummies and more. They even have a deli type area. Yum. The only thing I don't do- licorice.... bleh!

Susan, I wouldn't be a fan of a Frito pie fried or regular, and fried guacamole. But I do like regular guacamole. I love sushi.

Jennifer, if you get a chance, could you take pictures of the deli of that store. I would be interested in seeing all the different things they offer. Wish we had one of those here.

I am not a fan of trying new foods. I stick to my regular things .

Nope.

I do not drink energy drinks, and when they ask if I want added boost to my smoothie, I say no.

I don't keep up with trends. I wear whatever is comfortable. I don't care for fru-fru stuff. You could probably call me a casual dressed person.


As far as a midnight snack, I try not to eat after 8 pm but if I were to do so, I would probably just eat a sandwich.

Fashion? What's that? I think my DD knows something about it, but if it's not on the clearance rack- it's not fashion to me! I used to, back in college at least!

Snack- I like to snack..... usually some sort of left over or what not...

Patsy- I will take some pics next time I go to the Mega Mart! They may think I am crazy, but for you- I will! I asked them about the ototo chips and they thought I was nuts. What exactly are they, so I can go again and look without my DH dragging behind me, looking bored? Would they be in the Japan section? They have everything by nationality there.
