Exchange through II

I may exchange into SSR or OKW in September during the free dining promo. I will need to purchase park hoppers and wanted to purchase the dining plan, if possible. I know it would be too much to ask to get the free dining, since we are doing an exchange, yet can I purchase the plan even though it is free at that time?

Inbound exchangers can purchase the dining plan, but IIRC it must be for everyone on the reservation, for all seven nights (even if you are not using the whole week.)

As far as I know, no points-based DVC stay---member, guest, or exchange---is eligible for the free dining promotion. Only cash guests, at rack rate.
