Where did you find that rate?

I believe that is (or was) the current Interbank rate

be advised that current (live) rate does not reflect interbank rate.
it's just a snapshot at a given moment

the "real" rate is the previous day's closing rate.

you always need to check the rate your bank or exchange bureau does. There might be fairly big variation
but this site gives you a good estimate on how well your £££ is doing vs the $$$
