Exchange Rate

Being busy planning for Xmas almost missed the fact that the exchange rate is pretty good at the moment.

Ordered some currency from Onlinefx on Monday and had it delivered Tuesday (Xmas Eve).

Got it at a rate of 1.544 ( for both cash and tc's) which is better than I have seen anywhere up till now.

Just seems a very good rate at the moment as we haven't seen it rise above the late 1.40's for quite some time now.

We aren't going until June but it's pointless holding onto the money as you get so little in interest anyway.

I thought about doing this as well. We dont go until October but my spending money is sitting in the B/S earning very little interest

That certainly is a great rate

Clare,I'm not going until next October and am wondering at what point is it better value to buy my currency now rather than the paltry 3% or so interest the money is earning in my savings account?
