xe.com is pretty good for tracking exchange rates. Supposedly some credit card companies use their rates.

Ok I am not good with the exchange either. So I just checked ex.com, it says Cdn 1.125 for US, I call my bank every day or so and it says 1.1530, so where is the cheapest place to buy the US dollar.
