Everytime I visit the budget board

I end up SPENDING money!!! LOL Just popped in to read a few threads and I purchased our photopass CD! I did save $50 though!

Does this happen to anyone else?!?

absolutely.. LOL. I think of the budget board as my shopping board now.. it's where I find my good deals on things i had no idea I was going to buy

OMG yes!!! I joined the "No Buy for March" thread the end of February and it completely jinxed me!! Not only did I break the "No Buy for March", but we wound up remodeling our 2 bathrooms ourselves. I was too ashamed to log back on and tell everyone how I broke my no spending vow..... Am I joining the group for April....HECK NO!! It's bad luck!!!

but you can find some really awesome tips on the budget board!! I love the budget board!!

I stopped frequenting the BB because I was spending too much!! I try to remind myself to ONLY buy what I would have bought otherwise. I only hop over here now if I am looking for a specific deal or if I have extra time to spend on the DIS (like today). But I have gotten some terrific deals that I only found through this board!!................P

Too funny...I am the same way. There was actually a thread on here a few weeks ago about what you bought through info on the budget board. I have purchased Maclaren strollers, the pearl cage, pins, and a bunch of other stuff.

So I come by for a quick visit today and what do I learn!? That Goodwill has "online shopping"?!?!?!? Of course I have to go check it out.
When I was driving my daughter to dance it was always our little joke that I had to go spend the 2 hours in Goodwill as I would spend a lot less money then if I spent 2 hours in any other store. At least the online prices plus shipping is not the same value, or I would really be in trouble!

Yep, I'm finding deals left and right here on the BB. DH has threatened to block it from my computer.

I do the Goodwill online shopping, but I'm pretty choosy - it has to be a REALLY good deal (like the $5 NWT Calvin Klein jeans) before I'll bite. That being said, I did score the cutest Tinkerbell jewelry box a couple of months ago. I paid $6 or $7 for it when it would've probably been $15 - $25 at least in a store. I've got it put up as a Christmas gift.
