Everything you need to know about discounts?

Is there a FAQ about all the different types of discounts? I've read all the stickies and they don't offer the answer I am looking for.

Anyhow I've read about the following:
Stay, Play and dine - general,
Sta play and dine - Pins
Free dining - general
free dining - pins
bouncebacks - pins?
room - magical stay
room -pins
room -general
vouchers?

Are there any more?
What are the differences?

I want to get a dining plan discount. I have room and tickets already, although I guess I can rebook them. But in general I should be on the lookout for free dining pins? I have the Disney visa, does that help with pins? Or the visa members get another type of discount? I haven't read about any visa card member specific discounts for 2015. Have there been any?

Another type of discount, which I think should count because they're open to the public, are promo codes from resellers such as Orbitz. Since you can combine them with Disney's own discounts, this is often the cheapest way to book a room. It is room-only though, no packages.
