Everything You Ever Wanted to Know About Meal Vouchers

I really have tried to find the answer to my question, so please forgive me if its already been answered. My eyes are crossing now, there's just so much to absorb.

Anyway...

How do the breakfast vouchers work with the deposit you have to pay for Cindy's? Would I get a complete refund if I have a voucher for everyone in my party? Or should I just figure in how much I have already been charged, and just order enough voucher to cover the balance?

Also, on another note, the PS's I have for CRT are for 6, but now there will only be 4. If I try to cancel the 6 and change to 4, I will lose out completely since there are no more tables for 4 left. So can I just show up and say 'sorry, it was for 6 but now there's only 4 of us'. Will I be penalized for those missing two?

has any vochers left over from a previous trip? I am so excited to
see the House of the Mouse again:-)

Cinderella's Royal Table is listed on the back of my breakfast voucher. Depending on how many you will have in your party, I'm not sure if its a value or not. I have vouchers for our family of 3 at Chef Mickeys Breakfast, but think we're only saving a couple of bucks. I could be wrong. Of course, a couple of bucks adds up. We've also got vouchers to use for nicer lunches on a couple of days and some quick and casuals too.

I signed up for the hotwire.com rewards thing for a month. Have made 3 orders since joining (all with free shipping) and they've all come within a week or even just a couple of days of ordering. I haven't tried to cancel yet, but we've got a couple more weeks to go.

Good luck.

That was me that did the PM post. I think the reason we weren't charged for the kid's meal is because we didn't get really expensive entrees. My Market Nachos were only $10 and did not include a side dish of any kind. My theory is that Disney places a certain value/max to the vouchers and if your total falls under -- you're good to go!

We encountered absolutely no problems using the vouchers.

BTW, keep in mind that just because something on the menu is listed as a combo...you don't have to order it that way. For instance, at Pecos Bill's I specifically ordered two double bacon cheeseburgers, two chili-cheese fries, two large sodas, and two chocolate cream pies. I then asked for two extra buns. The CM told me the total and I handed her two vouchers. It wasn't until I got to the table that I realized she included the price of the buns w/the voucher as well.

Has anyone used the Hotwire Vacation Kingdom Lunch vouchers for dinner at LeCellier Steakhouse? I will be using these vouchers for the first time in Dec. and am trying to figure out the best places to use the Breakfast, V&C and the Lunch vouchers.
Thanks for any info.

I believe that the VKL voucher can only be used for lunch at Le Cellier. You can book a late lunch...3:30pm I think. The only place that accepts the VKL lunch voucher at dinner is RFC at AK because the lunch and dinner menu is the same.

Does anyone know if you can order the full size (I think 16 or 17") pizza with the Q&C meal voucher?

I see a lot of the food courts offer this and I figured that way we could split the meal.

We've never been able to order the large pizza with a voucher, but you can get an individual one.

In case you are interested I posted on DisAuctions the 7 Quick and Causal I had left over from out trip .. they expire 5/2005

So PSB adult is $19.99 and child $9.99. Is tax and gratuity included in that amount? Is so, then vouchers are of no real value...right?

I think the prices just went up, I know they did for Cinderella's breakfast. To 22.99 and 11.99 for kids. So getting the vouchers is a bit of a break there. At least $15 when you consider tax and tip. I don't know if PSB raised their prices too?

I see the savings now. I just need to figure out if they'll work at any of my other PS. I believe it works for Beirgarten, but I have that for the Candlelight Processional. Will I still be able to use it? I'd assume not.

Can voucher be used with the Princess Storybook breakfast? Thanks!!

The Princess Storybook Breakfast is $19.99(adult) without tax and gratuity. The vouchers for the breakfast cost $18.50(adult). So you are saving about $6.00 per adult if you purchase the vouchers because the vouchers include tax and gratuity.

The Biergarten would not be a good value because the only vouchers you might be able to use are the lunch vouchers, VKL, which costs $31 and the lunch only costs $15.99.

Hope this helps :D

Thought I would pass this along, sorry if it's already been posted...we just got back, a couple weeks ago, and we used some Q&C vouchers. We were just there in June and used some at B&C. We could order milk shakes or smoothies as our drinks, but not this trip. Our waitress told us they are considered desserts now.

If we want ice cream for dessert using the Q & C voucher at Beaches, may we order it separately (after eating the main courses) or must we take delivery of the ice cream with the rest of our food? I just don't see how that sundae will hold up after we finish the burgers, for example. Thanks.

Beaches is a full service restaurant. If you eat inside, the waitress will bring you whatever you want whenever you want it. They apparently get a lot of these vouchers because they know exactly how to handle them.
