Everyone survive the bad weather last night?

Things were pretty messy here last night. We had crazy winds and strong rain. When I went to bed the Weather Channel was saying Mississippi was getting it bad.

Oh wow, they are calling for that to come in here this morning around 10:00am! I had no clue we where in for a bad day! Looks like I will be staying in today. Weather alert is calling for high gusty winds and rain here.

It had died down pretty good before it hit here last night. I think we had stronger winds yesterday before it got here. The only think I heard last night was that awful clap of thunder that woke me up. Nothing else.

I live just outside New Orleans. We had severe winds all day yesterday. We just adopted a little puppy, and the poor thing almost got blown away whenever we went outside yesterday. He's so tinyl.
