That poor CM in that photo, she would NOT be happy if she knew that photo of her backside was out there, oh well : )

I was thinking that before I even read your caption! :rotfl2:

You guys had a great day crowd-wise at DHS. :thumbsup2

Your Epcot date night sounded amazing. When we go in December without the kids, spending an evening strolling through World Showcase is tops on my list!!!

Denise

Looks like you all had a great day at DHS

Looks so dead there

Glad Lauren enjoyed RNRC. I can't wait until Trent is tall enough to go on that..just 3 more inches :cool1:

THe pool at BLT looks awesome. I love that slide

Glad you had a nice time at F&W Festival.

BTW...How is Tim getting to see the Osborne lights and not you? Nosey

They have nice computer kiosks where you put your order in, print the receipt, pay for it (they give you a buzzer) and then you go and get your food.
How very.... contemporary of them!
I love Tim's shirt! Where did you find it?

I don’t know how in the world I screwed this up, I always intentionally avoid EMH and I was bummed because I worried about lines, etc.
It's okay, Lesley. It happens to the best of us!

That poor CM in that photo, she would NOT be happy if she knew that photo of her backside was out there
:rotfl: At least you didn't get her face! So no one will know who she is!

My excited/brave girl ready for the thrill of her life
I can't believe she rode it! How AWESOME! GO LAUREN!!:cheer2::cheer2:

Then we wandered over to Tower of Terror and WALKED on that too!
And you said the crowds weren't "TOO BAD"... sounds like they were heavenly to me!

Here’s Lauren pretending to be scared (or maybe she really was : )

Looks pretty genuine to me! Was this her first time on ToT? I forget!

I was excited to see the popcorn containers even had a Halloween/Fall theme (another first for us, silly I know but it made me smile)
We were so excited to see the Fall themed stuff when we went on our first fall trip last year. You're not alone!

Isn’t this dress BEAUTIFUL!?!
It sure is! They have really created a beautiful new princess. Can't wait til she shows up in the parks!

As we were standing there about to go into Little Mermaid Jo Jo and Goliath walked by so we went over and were first to see them
Ok... WHY are these guys still here?:confused3 You can't find them anywhere on TV anymore.... they need Special Agent Oso!!

That kid in the orange t shirt was CRACKING me up . He had a headset on like the guys in the show, knew EVERY move and was WAY into the show,
Uh oh... his parents better be prepared for some news in the future...

After that we were still a LITTLE early for our Toy Story Fast Passes so we decided to see Buzz and Woody. We’ve never done this in the summer because the line was so long, we only had to wait about 10 minutes and the line area was fun, lots of photo opps
How neat that you didn't have to wait long.. and you STILL got to have fun with all of the photo opps!

Then we headed over to Toy Story Mania (I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS RIDE!!!)
Me too, me too, me too!!:hyper:

Tim and I rode together, we always have a friendly (o.k. maybe NOT so friendly at times) competition going. I ALMOST beat him last year so I was out for blood………… well, it didn’t go so well, he schooled me again (sigh):
Man, I wish we had video of this.. I bet it was hilarious!

it was almost time for our lunch reservations at Mama Melrose, so we headed over there.
Matt and I ate there in January and really enjoyed it!

The lights were already hung for Osborne lights (SO jealous Tim will get to go and see them this year.
Huh? Did I miss something? Why does he get to see them and not you!!? I get to see them in about 3 weeks! Can't WAIT!!

As we were waiting for our table at Mama Melrose Luke found a hidden Mickey on the wall that he was proud of
Good eye, Luke!:cheer2::cheer2::

Fun meal pictures. I'm so impressed that your kids eat salad. We just can't get ours to eat any of that, except cheese and croutons...:sad2:

We ran into these AWESOME street performers that we had never seen before, HALARIOUS doesn’t even begin to describe them, I was laughing out loud SO hard I could barely contain myself.
I've seen these guys, but never stopped to watch. Thanks for letting us know we should do that! You got some fun pictures of them!!

I told Tim to pose by the pretty trees and this was the pose he choose: )

:rotfl:Oh my goodness! If our families don't get to spend time together in DisneyWorld SOON, I'm going to have a fit. Our husbands would be out of control. Imagine the photos we'd come home with...

The pool was great
It sure looks like it. You shared some wonderful pictures. Now I'm dying to get there.

My only complaint about the pool area at BLT is that the way the resort is built, it gets completely shaded by like 3pm.
:scratchin hmmmm.. I wonder if the big wigs even considered that... I guess you couldn't have the pool on the other side of the building.. but that's a big mass of resort that'll take the sun away. Thanks for the tip!

I was so excited for this night. Originally this trip was supposed to be adults only,
Yeah.. what ever happened to that!? SUCKERS!! ;)

Here are the kids before they climbed through Wendy’s window (all Peter Pan themed) to go in and play:

Now THAT... is cool!!

Great update Lesley. What a fantastic morning at HS.

We did not get rolls at Mama Melrose... do you always?

Were you all on the dining plan this trip again!

Your night at EPCOT seemed so great, I am always so glad to read that you kids like the childcare places, someday we will have to try that out.

Love the BLT pool pics, I kinda wondered about the sun at the pool from the way it is set back there. That slide looks great.

Which pool area did your kids like the best-- AKL, Saratoga or BLT. We are planning for next June and I am all about the pool area.

I took this of us on this BEAUTIFUL night:

So precious! :lovestruc I'm glad you got to experience adult time in Disney again! Good for you guys!

These pictures are so much fun! Thanks for thinking of us and taking some entertaining photos!

I can’t even put into words what an INCREDIBLE MEMORABLE FANTASTIC night this was for Tim and I. We had so much fun enjoying the weather, the food, the drinks, the atmosphere together, it was pure bliss and one of my favorite Disney memories. Made me feel young and in love and just SO HAPPY, we had a magical evening together
 Now, just imagine a long weekend of that feeling... incredible! Again, I'm so glad you got to experience such a magical evening!

HALLOWEEN PARTY BABY!!!!!
So excited to hear about this one! Something we'd like to get our kids to before they get too old! If only Fall Break wasn't smack dab in the middle of marching band season...:sad2:

Love your report so far, BLT looks awesome, what a view from your room. Stunning !!!
We love fall at WDW, even if you can only get away for a few days it is so worth it, the weather, when the air is less heavy and crisp, makes me very nostalgic. We went in early sept this year and it was still HOT!! Can't wait for more updates. :thumbsup2

Loving your report. I have to say our Halloween visit was my favorite until our Christmas visit! Just wait until you get to do that! It will be even better.

Another great update!! :thumbsup2

I can't believe Lauren was brave enough for R 'n R! That's my favorite, too, but I had a hard enough time getting my BOSS on that one in June when we went for a conference! As soon as it was over, she just kept saying 'okay, I did the Limo ride, I am NOT doing the Elevator!' :rotfl: Needless to say, we later got her on ToT, also!

So sorry to hear you're going to miss DAP! :sad1: We'll miss you! I'll be sure to seek out Tim, though, to say hello!

LOVE your TR!!

Hey what a great post for day two!!! BUMMER about the pool! When you take a break from the parks you want to be able to enjoy sun and swimming! Complete shade by 3pm doesn't sound like they thought that through very well... Still it is a nice looking set up!

Great times had by all it seems! Aren't those red slushies lovely??!! We had two, too.... or maybe three.. hiccup :rolleyes1

:lovestruc this new trip report -- isn't it amazing that no matter how many times you go, there's always something new to experience? I'm really looking forward to the rest of this report!

Were the cosmo slushies only part of the Food Wine Festival or is it a new drink in France? I love the Grand Marnier slushie, but this looks fantastic!

On a side note -- GO YANKEES!! :cheer2:

PS: This is for Tim...

When is he gonna be there again? We spoke briefly on facebook but I forgot. I'll be there with my mom 10th-14th at POFQ

Great day ... Wow being able to walk righ on RnR and ToT that is great. I really enjoyed the Penna alla vodka at Mama Melrose.

Glad to hear you and Tim enjoyed F&W festival. I have to admit it made me feel better that you guys got a little tipsy on your trip, too. I loved the Cosmo slushie ! I am definitely planning on a couples trip to F&W next year.

The BLT pics are beautiful (even the pole dancer one of Tim).:rotfl:

I'm in! Great report so far - what a fun family you guys are! That Neverland Club looks awesome, I will have to look into it for next time - did your kids love it?

What a swell ride this is!
The two times before our last trip, the parks were empty. All of the rides were walk on, some we did not have to get off to ride again. That is why we were disappointed a little on our Sept trip.

I have to get one of those Cosmo slushies. Cosmos are my favorite drinks & I hope that they are there all the time.

Just stopping by to say goodbye! We leave in an hour!!!:banana::banana::banana::banana: I hate to miss your report while I'm gone. I know I will have lots to catch up on when we get back!!!

What a fantastic day! When you said it was actually EMH, I was worried the lines would be horrible. But then I remembered you were there in October--there are no lines! :thumbsup2 When we went in Oct a few years ago, the lines were non-existent. What fun!! :goodvibes And I'm so glad that you and Tim had a date night around the World Showcase. What a perfect ending to the day.

Another great update, Lesley!!! So, I have to ask, why is Tim going to see those Osbourne lights??? What have you forgotten to tell us??? ;)

Beautiful morning sunrise, and your day just kept getting better from there!!! I always enjoy reading about all of your fun! Sure wish I could have one of those Cosmo slushies tonight (we enjoyed ours, too).
