Everyone in NYC OK?

I know some of us live or work in/near New York City. Please check in and let us know your ok, both physically and mentally. I'm sure many had flash backs. All the major stations are still on news coverage here.

What Happened??? I'm in PA right now- Parents are currently on a flight back to NYC from San Francisco.

DBF isn't answering his phone and now I'm panicking.

ETA: Found the CNN website (there is no other news here...) and figured it out. All is well. It would have been helpful to post a link to more information or at least a tiny detail so that this wasn't the first thing I saw (I saw "NY OK?" on the main page)

Shrek's brother lives right there, everything is fine. I think the news blew it out of proportion. Go figure!

Actually for once, I think the NY news got it right. 9/11 is still fresh in many peoples minds and the billowing debris, and smoke (steam) was a little eerie, and very un-nerving to many.
