Looks good to me.. I need to sketch the ideas better tonight and than start roughing them together this week.... I've got 4 kids in bb right now and am going NUTZ!!!! :scared1:

I guess I just need to take some tea and coffee pics :-) I'm actually pretty excited about my ideas for the kitchen is closed (I'm taking it to mean a day for take out), so I will be happy with this group. :-) I know boarders are 11 inches long...how wide should they be?

For journaling squares, can they be hidden? As in a pocket with a pull out square for writing? If I can do a pocket with a pull out square does it still need to be double matted?

Sorry for all the questions, just getting aquainted with all the new rules

borders are 11x2 for the bottom mat 10 1/2 or 10 3/4 by 1 1/2 or 1 3/4 for the top mat.

hidden journalling is fine, it almost sounds like you described a library pocket and tag, which is basically the same concept. I don't think we have had many double matted library tags so I think you would be good with one. Besides 2 layers might make it a tight squeeze in the pocket.

and we love questions!

Thanks BAMB, I've been away from the computer for the evening.

Yes, or is it No? You don't need to double mat the pocket that is around your hidden journal. But the journal does need to be double matted.

Okay all, this swap sign up is officially closed. I will post the progress thread tomorrow.

Can i have O - Games Galore - cards?

I am soo sorry Twigs. I could not figure out what other group I could put the cards in with that you could use the other stuff. :sad1:

Would you like my Mowing, Dog, or Laundry spot?

Only if the other players want to make 5 kits.

I'll let majority decide.

how do you make a license plate? is there a die?

it looks like it was cut out and then matted. am i right?

I thought borders were supposed to be 12" that could be cut down to 11". I scrap 12x12 and hate it when my borders are not the same length as my page. In fact, I usually don't use them.

Did we change that as I've made both of my last two sets 12" that could be cut down as needed.

I'm so relieved that we didn't have to drop the coffee group! I have SO many pics of me with a Starbucks cup that it's more sad than funny! :guilty:

i have yet a few more ?'s

:rotfl2: Good Lord Woman, I am not a slave driver! :rotfl2:

A-(2) tags AND
B-(1) Topper or signage or (2) borders (your choice) AND
C-(2) journal boxes or (2) photo mats or 1 of each (again your choice).
For a total of 3 elements.

I need to go look at the carts. I do think that the license plate is a feature, along with ticket making.

I'm not sure when it changed? :confused3
I just copied the list from someone else's sign up.

I promise to not make borders for any goup I am in with you. I would hate for you to not be able to use them. I don't mind the shorter length as I like a little of my background paper to show on the edges. :lmao: Like I scrap pages or something. :lmao:
[for those that don't know, I just collect this stuff, I don't really use it.]

I would be fine with cards in the relax group as I play cards often.

they are from the Mickey font cart, the white and then the red as a shadow feature. I used the expression to cut the play and the dine out in the center of the cart. I wanted a different look than layering.
If you don't have that cart, I'll cut them for you.

I prefer 12 inch borders but we just kind of started doing 11 or 12 that could be cut down. So AWM, what do think, go with 12?

Oh good, that was a question I asked earlier...so 3 elements, but each one might have 1 or more parts to it...got it...thanks...

Yes, we can go with 12. Most of the cool paper comes 12x12 anyway. I'll go change the OP and be sure to highlight it on the progress thread.
