Has anyone ever tried to ride every ride in all 4 parks in one day? I'm not talking about shows. Just the rides. I think there are roughly 43 or 44 rides total?

I believe it might be possible on a day when the crowds are small and there's magic hours early and late. What do you think? Is it possible? I may try on my next trip just for kicks.

I don't know if it's possible, but even on slow days, the crowds gather at the "marquee" attractions such as Soarin' and TSM.

Also, some attractions are real time sucks if you're trying to do something like this. I think it's a small world is 15 minutes, Pirates is about 10 minutes... and I'm not sure how long Haunted Mansion is, but I bet it's also around 10-15 minutes including the preshow.

Let us know how it goes.

Yeah, about 44, depending on what you want to include. I've hit all of the thrill rides and a few small ones here and there at all the parks in one day, but, every single one? I'm not sure it can be done, but, I wish you luck. If I had any advide to give.... Get Toy Story Mania out of the way first.

yeah... you'd need DHS on an EMH morning, hit TSM first. Maybe end at Epcot, see if you can hit Soarin right before they cut the line off.

You should also have your own vehicle with you to get to and from the parks...

I was thinking I could fastpass some of the most popular rides. I would just grab a fast pass as soon as I got to the park for rides like Soarin'.

If I started with HS, got a fastpass for Toy Story Mania I think it might be possible. As long as there were magic hours in the morning at HS and at night at MK.

I was talking to a VIP Tour Guide and he was able to get a family onto 16 rides in six hours. That that includes basically either being "backdoored" or on the Fastpass line for all attractions.

And he was able to get them from Park to Park in a van that was able to be parked backstage so no going through gates was necessary.

Even with both morning and evening EMH you would not even be able to come close. One real time-killer would be getting from wherever to leaved a park and either use Disney Transportation to get to another Park or, even worse, getting to your own car. One possible time-saver would be go by taxi between parks (using CR for MK and BC for Epcot).

Definitely not doable.

I was thinking of ending at MK since magic hours would give me until 1am on some nights.

Good call on the car. I may rent one if I decide to go for it.

In an 18 hr day, presuming park hours and EMHs give you that you would gave to average 24.5 minutes per ride. That's the 1080 minutes in 18 hrs divided by 44 rides. So your travel time between parks has to be included in that, meals, trips to the washroom, and walking from attraction to attraction and so on.

On walking alone, say 5 minutes between attractions you are looking at 3.6 hours. Then at least 2 hrs travel time per hour. So we are now looking at the average length of line including queue has to be 17 minutes. And meals etc take more out. Nope can't see that's possible.

I do not think it would be possible, even with low crowd levels....but you can always try! :goodvibes

I think to even attempt it, you would need a team. Someone to drive you park to park, picking up and dropping off at the gate. That might save 30 minutes to an hour.

And then there could be "Fastpass Grabbers". One or two people at each park to grab FPs for you at the attractions, then just hand them off to you as you run through the turnstile.

I am thinking a team is the only way you could approach it. A team, and maybe adult diapers. ;)

seems like the only way it would be possible is with several other people helping....they would have to get you your fastpasses...have a car waiting to pick you up...meals in the car...maybe, just maybe you could do it...but on days when the parks are open later, is also a busy time. Would love to see someone try though.

Oh I like this... you guys have some really good ideas! Adult diapers! lol

I like the team idea! :thumbsup2

If you start at HS, you won't need the Fastpass -- just get it out of the way while you're there. Or, if you use the team concept suggested by another poster, have your teammate grab the TSM fastpass while you do RnR and TnT one after the other. Also, sometimes a friendly CM *might* let you skip the preshow in both, saving time.

If you have a second teammate, send them to Epcot to get a Soarin' Fastpass, then you can hit Epcot right after DHS -- but you'd need to be real efficient there since AK usually closes early. If you could do all three parks by the end of AK when MK has evening EMH until 1 am or so, you might have a real shot at it. Might -- I still don't think it's even close to possible, but it's a heckuva thing to try.

I don't think that's as big an issue as it might seem. Many rides are only seconds away from each other. I could get from one end of a park to the other in 5 minutes.

May I make another suggestion? Write to the WDW Today podcast team. They might have some great ideas on how to do this. I know a couple of years ago they did all four parks in one day, but were much less ambitious -- I think they did the marquee attraction in each park and a smaller one. And even that, as I recall, was quite a day.

Check out the Ultimate Touring Plans at TouringPlans.com. They don't have a plan for every ride in each park, but they do have plans for every single attraction in a single park in one day, along with a hall of fame for those who've accomplished the mighty feat. You can probably pick up some tips there. (fyi, The current Magic Kingdom record is 71 attractions (49 core, 22 bonus) in 16:38 by Kaleb, Kenny, and Nathan White on June 25, 2010.)

I think it would be difficult without assistance of others not riding due to the lines at things like Soarin', the Mountains, TSM. You'd probably need someone to get FPs for you maybe before you even got to the park.

You'd have to hit DHS first and be at the front of the TSM line after rope drop (don't even worry about Fast Pass), then move to ToT and RnRC pretty quickly before the lines filled. With MK's typically extended hours you'd have to end the day there, but you'd miss out on the Main St Vehicles (if you consider them rides) since they don't operate all day.

Good luck!

That's what I was going to mention - they hit all 4 parks but came nowhere close to doing all the rides in each park.

Get to DHS for morning emh, FP TSM then ride RnRC - walk or boat to Epcot and get FP for Soarin, Ride TT, MS and thn the rest of the epcot rides (you may have to come back if WS isn't open yet). On to MK, tis prk will take the most time - you'll have to wing the FP's based on the wait times (hopefully you have an app for your phone).
AK shouldn't be too much trouble. Then back to DH for TSM and ToT (assuming Star Tours is closed) and then Epcot for Soarin and anything you couldn't do in WS....
I think it's possible - personally it would take the fun out of my day - but let us know how you do!

Universe of Energy.... Ride? Or Show?

You're in moving vehicles... does that make it a ride? There's 45 minutes gone out of your schedule right there!
