We’ll be on the Disney Dream for a 4-night cruise to the Bahamas next month. We haven’t been on a Disney cruise since 2017, so we don’t know if a package is offered. We hope so!

A beverage package? Like for sodas -- no, fountain drinks are included for "free" on DCL when obtained from the beverage station or a dining room.

DCL does sell wine and beer packages. You can order through Gifts and Amenities or onboard.

Not the “unlimited” alcohol offered by many cruise lines. It’s per-drink for cocktails and liquor. There are Drinks of the Day and Happy Hour in various lounges for some reduction in cost. Beer mug savings will gain you 21 oz for the price of a 16 oz draft after paying ~ $16 for a souvenir mug (that extra 5 oz is every time you order).

Except now "unlimited" on lines like Carnival is limited to 15 drinks per day. Frightening to me that they had to impose that limit.
