Ever make a character laugh out of character?

While dining at 1900 Park Fare, Anastasia was walking by and her wide dress brushed up against our table. She turned around to say sorry and i said, all those cookies go straight to your waist...she burst out laughing in what i would call out of character.

Has anyone seen a character react to something in a way that just made them bend out of character?

Last trip we noticed that we had seen one of the players at the Hoop-Dee-Doo earlier in the day as the guy who pulled the wagon in the Pirate Tutorial. When we asked him about it he stayed in character and didn't seem to understand what we were talking about. Later in the show as he passed by he winked, crooked his finger into a hook shape and mouthed an "Arrrgh" at us.
