Ever get stuck in a ride?

Ever get stuck in a ride?

We have been in a "full breakdown" situation
(requiring CM's to come and walk guests through and out of the attraction)
twice on Tower of Terror (two different trips) and once on Big Thunder Mountain.

My boys were stuck going up the Everest hill for about a half hour a few years ago. It makes me sad because DS 11 used to love that ride and now he will not ride it at all.

That I can think of off the top of my head, I've been stuck on The Haunted Mansion, (possibly) Space Mountain and Spaceship Earth. The ride always started back up but those are the ones I can think of right now.

Not at Disney, But I was stuck on a ride at Six Flags Magic Mountain some 20 years ago. The ride was "Revolution" and it was the first hill. After 15 minutes, They made us walk down to the station as they closed down the ride.

On Spaceship Earth (ride terrifies me when you go backwards for that reason)
Maelstrom (some nut kept standing up in his boat so had to wait about 15 mins by the little drop)

I am terrified of being stuck on the thrill rides. I love riding EE but may skip it this trip as my anxiety of being stuck has started to get this best of me.

TOT after we dropped. Was pitch black. I thought it was apart of the ride as it was my first time. DBF told me afterwards it wasn't and he didn't tell me as he didn't want to freak me out. It took me 15 years to ride it! Lol.

My friend was really stuck IN RnR! The ride finished, we all got off and my friends still sitting there. Her harness wouldn't go up! It was funny to us, the CM told her it had never happened before and she would have to pray to the rock Gods lol.

The Great Movie ride also broke down, finally we were going to get the cowboy scene then disaster. It was a complete mess. We were stuck in the mob scene for ages then the gangster came out and our host told him we were scenario 1 and he went away. I felt sorry if it was anyone's first ride! Then we missed the cowboy scene, whole area was silent, then were stuck in Oz for half an hour! Was ridiculous! Our host wasn't even very funny.

This was all the same day by the way! Lol.

My son and I got stuck on Dinosaur a few years ago. We started and stopped a few times then stopped for good. The CM had to come and unlock the seatbelts and walk us out with the lights on.

We got stuck in the air on Soarin' last trip, with my mother who was trying to conquer hear fear of heights

Once they finally got us back on the ground, they made us sit strapped in forever while they worked on the ride and my mother wanted to get off. This is when we encountered the worst CM we've ever run across at Disney. Ever.

Yes, POTC and we froze. The AC was blaring and when we got out I was never so thanful to get into the blazing heat and humidity!

Yes, Winnie the Pooh last year. My 4 yo. And I kept yelling out ( me in the voice of "target lady" on SNL) "Help I'm stuck in a honey pot!!!!" On top of that, my 18 mo. old did #2 while we were stuck! Couldn't wait to get to the bathroom to change his diaper, but we made the best of being stuck. After about 20 min. Or so, a CM came around to get everyone off the ride and escorted us out. Good times.

We got stuck once at the very end of its a small world. For like what seemed forever.

We also had to be walked off of pooh last trip. ThAt was actually pretty cool.

Many years ago we were stuck on Tom Sawyer's Island when the outboard ran out of gas and someone had to go get some. It was a day when almost everything had broken down.....

I got stuck on PoTC in the room with the dog that "yelps" out the pirate song. It was during "Grad Night" on my Senior Class trip. At 4am.
I tried to go to sleep, but that "singing" dog kept me awake!
