First of all, nice job remembering that phone call...the Mickey heads everywhere!

Although, Disneyworld really is out of this world for people who aren't really Disney people!
I hope Landon doesn't end up sick.
And, yes, when you have a preschoolers the Boneyard rules! Max loved it and I think he would have stayed there all day if we had let him.
I thought that phone call was really funny when I heard it. I think it stuck in my head because there was no one there to laugh about it with at the time. I wonder why so many people come to Disney World when they clearly aren't Disney people.
Me, too.
The Boneyard is such a cool playground. I love letting the boys run around there. I'm not a bit surprised that Max loved it, too. It's funny that out of everything at Animal Kingdom, nothing beats the Boneyard for little kids.
Oh no, I didn't even think about you not being able to ride Everest. That makes me sad for you
it's crazy hoeany people head for the safari first thing. We went straight there while chris grabbed a fp and the line jumped 20 minutes in that time!
I don't envy you with the stair climbing. That's one stage that both bored me and made me nervous!
Hope Landon is alright!
I was only a little sad about missing Everest. I've sort of accepted that I may not get to do very many thrill rides at Disney for a few years. It's just nice to have the option of doing a Baby Swap.
I guess everyone knows the animals should be most active in the morning. I find the Safari line one of the most tedious to wait in. When the line is long, it seems to take forever.
I'll be really glad when they're both past the fascination with stair climbing. It makes me nervous, too, and it requires constant vigilance, yet up and down over and over gets so old after a few times.
Who needs a playground when you have perfectly good stairs???

It really is kind of funny how they find some of the simplest things just fascinating at that age. I guess that's all part of exploring your surroundings and learning how things work.
It looks like a fun start. Good thing for a walk-on ride at Triceratop Spin. I'm glad that Carter seems to be acting like the responsible big brother and cooperating with you so far.
Exactly.

I'm not sure the boys appreciated the cool theming of the area. A nice set of stairs and they're good to go. I suppose to babies, everything is new and exciting. Landon probably thought he was a grand rock climber.
I was glad we got to walk on Triceratop Spin. I knew the boys would love it, but I also knew if there was any line at all, they'd never be able to wait quietly. Carter is usually very motivated by the idea of being my helper and being more mature than Landon.
Glad to see that Landon was doing well and practicing his stairs skills...though I can see why that one corner of the playground would get boring real quick...but somehow kids find the strangest things the most entertaining
There was a whole big playground to enjoy, but their favorite was probably that little corner with the stairs. Go figure. If only Landon hadn't have wanted to do the stairs, I would have sat right at the top and stayed there a long time.
