Ever been uncomfortable with dining server?

Not uncomfortable necessarily, but we had to speak to our head server about our assistant server. Mostly because it was taking nearly an hour to get our drinks the first two nights (just regular drinks, not even alcohol). We loved our head server (Gino, on the Dream), and he took care of the problem right away. The next night, our drinks were waiting for us at the table
