We went to Disneyland and California Adventure after decades of going to Disney World. We all agreed the Monsters Inc ride was a huge disappointment.

I give them credit for trying to make it a throwback ride to the old Snow White, ect... but it was really lacking

The only ride I've ever been disappointed in is Stitch's Great Escape. Maybe I'm missing something, but what's the point of this ride.

The ride that always disappoints me is Tomorrowland Speedway...you wait in a hot cue, breathing in exhaust and the cars just don't "go". Not worth riding especially if you have to wait...

I agree on the stiches ride as well...I cant believe how much money, time and effort they obviously put in this ride and its horrible.

Yeah, Soarin' at Epcot.

I had never been on it before and my wife kept talking it up. Not to the point of overhype, but she just kept talking about how much she loved it.

We stood in line for 45 minutes during an EMH, and once the ride was finished, I felt underwhelmed.

It's a good ride! It was fun, but I just expected something more.

I'd ride it again, though.

Just got back a few weeks ago from our recent trip and was disappointed in the new little mermaid ride. With the resources and imagineers available at Disney disposal it could be MUCH better.

1. ALWAYS get a FP for Soarin'. We just won't ride it if we don't.
2. Could not disagree more with the above opinion on the new LM ride.
3. Underwhelmed with the redo of Test Track. Still like it, though.

We LOVED the Little Mermaid ride and rode it at least 10 times the week we were there. It was perfect!

I went with an open mind, but I was disappointed in the revised Test Track. I had no desire to design my own car in the queue, and I miss the crash test dummies. I also miss the ride experience--cold, hot, caustic and the cobblestones. This ride is no longer at the top of my to-do list, and I could skip it. I realize Disney needs to update things to keep them interesting, but it just wasn't for me.

I was not terribly impressed w/ the Nemo ride at "The Seas w/ Nemo & Friends"...

I realize it's basically just a vehicle to get you into The Seas, but, still, the ride is lacking to me.

I thought of Monsters as a "kiddie" ride.

I was disappointed with Little Mermaid, I rode it first at DCA. I thought it was too short for all the hype.

the Monsters Inc ride. It may be that I had low expectations or that I was just too worn out after a long day, but I thought they did a nice job with it.

Agreed. It's just got no climax. After the amazing "Under the Sea" room you expect the rest of the story to be told in a similarly engaging way. But all you get is a quick pass by Ursula and then it's happily ever after, ride over. It's very disorienting.

Completely disappointed in the redo of Test Track.
The Little Mermaid ride in the new Fantasyland was a disappointment as well.

Funny about all the negativity about the new TT.

My DH hated the old one and loooooves the new one! I like both, it's both the same ride track, just different experiences along the way, I love the newness of it now, and the sounds and surroundings are fun.

My Disappointments:

Stitch's Great Escape
Mexico with the 3 caballeros
Finding Nemo: The Musical (I don't know if I should watching the puppets or the actors, and I don't like how some of the characters are aren't scaled to size accurately)

The finding Nemo submarines was a huge disappointment. I took my little ones on it the first time we rode, and ended up consoling them almost the whole ride. Most of the scenes were really scary and at one point, the lights even go out. I rode it again a few trips back with my older two and they hated it as well.
