Evening EMH. When do the crowds begin?

I'm thinking of scheduling a morning at AK the day ( I think) it will have evening EMH hours. When do you guys think the park will start getting crowded? Or should I just avoid the park that day?

In August we found that sometimes the parks with evening EMH were crowded most of the day. On reason may be that if people don't have Hopper passes they just settle in at the park for the day.

We will be there 10/3-9 and were planning on doing a few night EMH but wasnt sure if it was worth it. We usually skip the morning EMH because that park it always a lot more crowded. Do the night EMH seem to be the same?

In June the parks with the evening EMH were definitely more crowded than normal. I did not realize about people not having park hoppers until I read several posts about it. Makes sense if you don't have a hopper you can only be in one park for that day. This could explain the large crowds for the evening EMH parks.

We actually found that MK was more crowded once the evening EMH started. Rides which were only 15 minutes wait before EMH were 45 min waits once it started. We left about an hour into EMH and it was obvious that more people even then were entering the park than leaving.

I agree with RevBob. I went to an evening EMH at MK this past June and the crowds were really bad. After the first hour my wife and I got so turned off and left the park. Never again!!!

My wife and i are going in dec, and i noticed that there are no EMH listed in Nov on the official site. Are these even going to continue through the value season?

It takes a few days after the hours are posted for the EMHs to be posted. There were EMHs during the other value seasons this year.
