Am I right in thinking that you can't use your Tesco Clubcard points to book the Disney service on Eurostar? Anyone know why? Can't think of any good reason to block just that one service a day so I'm wondering if I've misunderstood.
We're going Eurotunnel this time but I'm hoarding Clubcard points and hoping for the day I can book a whole Disney holiday with them!;)

Hi - I found that you couldnt use your Tesco vouchers to book Eurostar- it says not to be used for Disneyland Paris on the Tesco web site. I used mine to book Eurotunnel - £27 worth of vouchers and the return crossing price of £108 was free :woohoo:

Hope this helps
Julie

Don't know how it compares but you can book the tickets via Tesco clubcard ->Airmiles ->Eurostar ticks (including DLRP).

I thought Tesco had stopped letting you use clubcard points to book Eurostar?

I did use Clubcard points for Eurotunnel, so that was a very nice saving. Will have to investigate if there's a loophole for booking Eurostar with them.

From the Airmiles site;

Disneyland® Resort Paris prices FROM:

Adult standard class 1220 miles * 100 miles + £70 * 440 miles + £50 -

Child standard class 860 miles * 300 miles + £40 * 520 miles + £20 -

Adult leisure select 2120 miles * 420 miles + £110 * 800 miles + £90 -

Child leisure select 1620 miles * 240 miles + £90 * 420 miles + £80 -

First figure is full miles, 2nd option part miles/part cash, 3rd option part miles/part cash.

£ 2.50 in Tesco vouchers = 60 Airmiles. :)

so you can use airmiles to buy eurostar?
I may have to speak nicely to my dad lol

I would never have thought of doing it that way, so that's really useful, thankyou! Interesting you can use airmiles for going under the sea!

This is via the Eurostar Clubcard deal, not the Airmiles one, in case there's any confusion. :)

But the Eurostar Clubcard deal doesn't let you book on the Disney train.

So with airmiles i can book a disney train for anytime? Just not with the tesco clubcard? (not that i have one anyway :rotfl: )
