Is there a place where we can send suggestions for the App?

For example...on adding dates in "My Itenerary" - it would be nice to be able to roll forward from Jan - December, but also backwards to December, so that we don't have to roll over all of the dates each time you add an "event".... Or let it default back to the last date you picked?

Yes, you can go to http://www.eticketapp.com/support and make suggestions there. The dev team isn't able to monitor all our forums for issues/suggestions, so that's the quickest way to make sure they see what's happening.

Well I don't know what I am doing wrong, but it won't let me login to the disboards from the app.
Keeps telling me I have an incorrect username or password!

Someone else is reporting this same problem on the support site. Not sure if it is you or not...but check out over there... they seem to be helping someone with it!



I LOVE THIS APP!

I admit...I was not even going to buy it. Honestly. I have a bunch of Disney apps...But figured I would support the website I love and buy it. And I love it! I have put in all of my ressies for my upcoming trip and feel ready to go!! Woo Hoo!

Like it! This brings some much needed functions to our iPhones while in the World!

I did have a number of suggestions for usability ideas to consider and as Pete requested a sent my rather long whining suggestion list to the eTicket email ID.

The password issue appears to be a 'case sensitive' one. Your forum password is case sensitive, so be sure you're paying attention to that. We've triple checked our end and it's working fine.

I really want to get this for my iPod Touch, but I have a question first...

What does work when you're not on a WiFi connection? We have WiFi at my home, so I can definately use the app for planning, but what can I do with it in the parks?

I know the DISboards section won't be available without WiFi, and the GPS locating stuff. But what about the menus, reviews, etc. Does it save the last available show times and such so that when you check them offline, you can at least see what they were? If not, that would be a great idea! Does it still show all the POI with pictures offline?

I checked 3 times, even did setup again and checked for case, still says "incorrect username and password". John can sign in no problem without changing the setup info.

Question.... We leave in 11 days. If all members of my part have an iPhone or iTouch do I have to put the itinerary in each device individually or is there a way to share it if they have the app?
