Escape Wedding Photographer

i am trying to convince my hubby to be to having an escape wedding at disney but my question is i know that with the new escape wedding package that it includes a 2 hour disney photographer. Do you have to use them or could i use someone else like Randy Chapman?

You can use someone else. You have the freedom to use an outside photographer. Just keep in mind when you do, the Escape package is still the same price. Disney will offer you a substitute honeymoon shoot, which is only 30 minutes and you have to be in casual clothing. I hope that helps.

I thought if you had signed your contract after Oct 08, Disney was no longer allowing outside photographers?

I'm sure someone will come along and tell us for sure one way or another....Carrie?

The outside photographer "rule" is only for events held inside theme parks (ceremonies, receptions, dessert parties).
