Escape Pricing???

I was told end of April or early May. My contact is supposed to e-mail me with new pricing when it comes out. Not that I expect to receive an e-mail the day it comes out

If I don't hear anything by mid-May, I plan to call back. I'm hoping to confirm my date in mid-July and I would like a couple of months to know how much of a deposit I'm looking at.

I'm wondering this, too, and am still waiting to hear from them!

I was told "end of April" and well, its getting to be the end of April!!!

Exactly-it is the end of April...:surfweb:

Oh sure then they have to be indecisive...Maybe they have gotten into too much of the Fairytale Curvee!!!

Would love to see more things added to the package...are they really going up on the price/deposit?

Doubt they will add anything. Might raise the price. I wish they would do away with the APs and lower the price...unless I can get DF to buy into DVC...:rotfl2:

i think i am caught between an escape package and a cruise...i wish i could just see the package price

i think they want to hold on to the aps bc then they think you will keep coming back and spending $$$$

I understand their theory...but honestly, they might only get someone back for one trip plus their wedding trip...So, honestly, they are kind of loosing money aren't they? (Or maybe not when you do the math...b/c either way they get $1000 :rolleyes1)

True, I think the Annual Passes should be optional....like the Wedding Pavilion is. If you get the package with APs it is this $, if you don't get it, it is this price....
:thumbsup2 I second that one!

Actually the bride and groom are the ones losing out if they don't use the AP's as much as possible. Disney gets their money either way.

We are in the same spot for our vow renewal! I thought we were going to book DCL and then I started running numbers through the planning sheets in the PassPorter book (thank you Carrie:worship:) and found that, at least based on this year's prices, an Escape wouldn't really be that much more expensive for us. Mainly because if we did the cruise we'd still hire a professional photog to take pics of us at our resort before-hand. So once I added in the cost for two sets of photography, getting my hair done twice, an extra bouquet, etc. etc. the numbers came out almost even. But if prices go up for next year then it's a different story. I like both ideas (escape and DCL) so I'm really torn :confused3

I too wish they'd take the APs out and lower the price.
