In the app and using some browsers for the website, I kept getting an error message when I tried to make dining reservations. The message was, ‘please try again. We are having problems loading this screen’. Two days of online chat with two CMs still stuck. Then today a different CM suggested deleting my linked credit card and then re entering it and lo and behold that worked. Just posting in case anyone is encountering the same problem.
