Error message - me or them

Hi,

okay, so - i am in vmk. I froze. Now I am BSOD locked out. I get the following message in a vmk blue box:

Connection failed. Can not connect to the VMK server. Check your firewall / internet securtiy settings.

Is this me or them?

(Or is it code for - get off the computer and go do some things in real life?)

Anyone know?

You have to be kidding me, i just spend that past hour cleaning up my computer etc, because of that stupid message. Ughh! VMK can be so frustrating!
