ER last night ??

Looked for a thread and couldn't find one...

Due to messy VCR planning, I just found out I didn't tape ER last night as planned...as in duh! forgot Survivor and ER are on different channels...

So maybe some nice person could let me know what I missed? Do we need spoilers?? I know someone was supposed to die - is it who I thought it was going to be? Does Carter show up last night? (I'm waiting impatiently for his return)
