Equipment for special needs

Wondering about all of my daugter's equipment and how to get it there (GKTW). She needs her bath chair, formula, diapers, wipes, oxygen, and some other small supplies. Will we be able to pack it like our regular luggage and have it fly with us, can we ship it ahead of time? Curious what others did in this situation.

As far as the formula goes, a lot of people contact their supplier and have enough of it sent to the resort directly. This saves them space and weight. They just bring enough for a day or two in their luggage. I think I would send anything else like the wipes and diapers down ahead of time by UPS or something like that. Her oxygen, you need to talk to your supplier about. They should be able to set her up with down there as well.

As far as the bath chair, you might try renting one. There are places down there that can do that.

As long as you pack the medical stuff together (and only medical in the bags) it can fly free. There is no charge for it by any airline. If you put one non-medical thing in the bag(s) then they can charge you!
