The Disneyland Naples has some pretty bad reviews on MousePlanet. They all seem to be related to poor service.

Service is something that is completely dependant on management. If the management is poor and supervision is lax then the poor service will carry over to Disney World as well. If they start fresh with a new team, then service will be what they make of it.

I find that surprising. We've had really good service and the Disney Food Blog review says their waiter also worked at Napa Rose. Since Napa Rose is the pinnacle dining experience there I wouldn't think they'd let bad waiters work there. Of course everyone's mileage may vary and if it's inconsistent that's almost as bad as being consistently bad.
