Epcot WS entry for those staying at CSR

We are staying at Coronado and would like to enter Epcot through the World Showcase for our dinner reservation. What is the best way to do this?

Ashley, I would think the best way to do this is to take the bus from CSR to MGM, then once there, get on the boat to EPCOT which takes you to the International Gateway at World Showcase.

But IMHO,it will be faster to take the CSR bus to EPCOT and just enter through the main gate. The boat from MGM to the IG entrance will take 30-40 minutes. It stops at the Swan/Dolphin, BC/YC/BCV & BWI/BW docks before it gets to the IG.

If you are in hurry, take a cab from the CSR to either the BC or the BW and walk to the IG from there.

What if you have a rental car and are staying at another Disney hotel? Are you allowed to park in the YC/BC lot and go through the IG?

There are signs that say the resorts cannot provide parking for theme park access. You may or may not be stopped and given a timed (usually 3 hour) parking pass. Depending on the time of year and how crowded the lots are, you may even be turned away.

Thanks. We have a 7:20 reservation at LeCellier. The 3 hour pass would work for us. Probably best though to just go through the main entrance.

Even though you say the 3 hour parking pass would work for you, it's still not right to park at any WDW Resort to gain access to the parks.
