Epcot World Showcase Yummies

...if you are at Epcot and thirsty but not wanting to buy a drink you will have to throw away b4 your ride go to where the fountain is and just to the right of it there is a cocacola place, called club cool, that has soda machines in it with drinks from around the world. The watermelon flavored one is the best, but yuk dont even try the one that says it is bitter as it is beyond bitter. You can get as many free samples as you would like and it is free of charge. A quick , fast free sip to quench your thirst without wasting a whole soda

Yum!!! Great ideas everyone!!! The only must have I can think of is a turkey leg, a funnel cake with powder sugar, and a dole whip!!

I was bummed about the Dole Whip I really wanted to try one and couldn't find them. I forgot to write down where you guys said they were before I left. I even asked someone at MGM and they didn't know.:sad2:

I haven't been to Epcot in 14 years. Reading about all of these treats makes me really look forward to when we go this May. I can't wait to try all of the good treats that they have.

The only place that I have found Dole Whip is at MK in Adventureland. A visit to MK isn't the same without it!

Oh my... The layered frozen Margarita at Cantina de San Angel in Mexico. I am not a drinker but this is just soooo yummy.;) Different flavors of frozen margaritas all layered in one glass...does contain alcohol though:rolleyes1

I also vote for the School Bread in Norway. I didn't think I would care for it beacuse I am not partial to bavarian cream; but goodness it was delightful~

I'm the same way, don't like bavarian cream but the School Bread is soooooo good.

And as for the margarita, you are talking about the fiesta margarita, my second favorite behind the mango margarita that you can get at the margarita stand that isn't attached to Cantina de San Angel Inn.

The fish and chips at UK are so good as to be almost compulsory! Followed for desert by the chocolate eclair at France: Chocolate flavoured pastry with chocolate flavoured cream inside and chocolate icing on top - you're getting the idea here eh?

I am loving this thread! I plan on eating my way through the World Showcase during my first night at Disney in June! popcorn:: I will definitely be enjoying a pretzel in Norway!

I love the Apple Strudel in Germany. I actually craved this when I was pregnant years ago. I love the vanilla sauce.

Guiness 1/2 yard from Great Britian, Grey Goose lemon martini in France, (Bakery in france has several favorites!) Ginger Ice cream in China, Layered Margarita in Mexico, Pistachio Gillatto in Italy.

:thumbsup2

Just for the record, I can't wait for our trip in July. I'm gonna try all these things I haven't tried before. I didn't even know some of these things existed!! The bakery in France is always so crowed that we never go in. (Not this year...we're going!)

Our whole family loves the fish & chips from the UK. We usually try to eat here a couple of times each trip. My kids absolutey drool over the funnel cakes. The sesame chicken in China was awesome and my favorite cool-down pick-me-up is a frozen mocha. You might be able to get these at other places but I've only seen them at AK and Epcot. There is a large coffee stand in World Showcase. It is somewhere around Canada, UK, etc. Yummy!!

I would have to say...the almond covered pretzels in Norway, and just about anything else there.

I'm psyched to go in March...this will be my first trip to the world as a 'legal' adult. Looks like I'll have some new things to try. :rotfl:
