Epcot two day touring plan - critique?

We'll be spending two days in Epcot. Just wanted some opinions on the touring plans I've created!

First day
-Test Track
-Living with the Land
-Nemo and explore The Seas
-Innoventions West
-Jammitors at 10:45
-maybe Figment
-lunch at Sunshine Seasons around 11:15
-maybe Ellen's Energy and Captain EO
-World Showcase starting in Canada through the UK
-Soarin' FP+ for 2:40-3:40 (will go closer to 3:40)
-Spaceship Earth FP+ 3:45-4:45
-Club Cool
-Visa Meet & Greet
-Mission: Space FP+ 4:45-5:45
-San Angel Inn at 6:00
-Evening EMH left open

Second day
-Soarin'
-maybe single rider TT after; if not maybe Living with the Land
-Sum of All Thrills
-maybe Mission: Space if time allows
-explore rest of Innoventions East
-Friendship boat to Japan and have lunch at Tangierine Cafe in Morocco around 12pm
-explore Morocco through Mexico
-Spaceship Earth FP+ 4-5
-Test Track FP+ 5-6 (use at 5pm)
-maybe Character Spot/Figment/LWTL/Club Cool during hour in btwn FPs
-Mission: Space 6-7
-Via Napoli reservation at 7pm
-Illuminations

PHEW. Any advice is very very appreciated! I've worked hard on the timing and everything but it's always helpful to have others review in case there's something I am missing or overlooked! THANKS!

Maybe switch Soarin and Test Track between the two days at RD - so you don't have to walk all the way across the park on the first day morning.

Doing Test Track first thing is a good idea. I've found that single rider line first thing is effective because the line is physically shorter, there is no preview show, and your car design is less complex. If you're going on test track to compete cars, definitely do the normal line. If you're there among the first wave of people, single rider line will most likely allow you to ride together (because everyone else is designing a car or doing the preview). The jump from TT to livin' with the land is rather awkward so putting Soarin' there isn't a bad idea. It appears you're doing club cool directly before going on missions space. I don't know how strong your stomachs are but if you're worried about vomit, i'd swap club cool with one of your innoventions slots. I have not found innoventions to be particularly interesting and would not spread it over two days. I have really liked Via Napoli when I was there. I hope you enjoy you're trip.

I agree with switching these two Rope Drop attractions around for proximity. For both mornings, you are criss-crossing Future World first thing in the morning.
