Epcot Transportation After Late EMH

Can anyone who has experienced leaving Epcot since the changed monorail hours comment on how it's been leaving Epcot after late hours with just busses and no monorail? Smoothe? Not so much? I post my question here because the thread in the Theme Parks section does not have (that I can seem to find) any reports from anyone who has actually experienced the change.

I can't imagine it's all that big a deal. I've taken buses back to the MK area when the monorail has (yet again) broken down. As long as it's something that is planned for, it's fine. It's those last minute substitutions that get messed up.
