Epcot Toll Booth-What Time Do They Open?

We have priority seating for the princess breakfast next Monday for 8:30AM. Most of my family is on site and will take the Character Breakfast bus to Epcot. I have some staying off site. What time does the Epcot toll booths open when the park opens at regular time 9AM.
