Epcot to HDDR

Next week is our first trip without a rental car! I've been checking every place I can to find out the fastest way, using WDW transportation, to get from Epcot to FW for HDDR.
We can:
1. take the bus directly to FW and then the internal bus to HDDR
2. take the bus to Contemporary, or WL, and then the boat to FW
3. take the monorail to MK then boat to FW
Which of these is the quickest....or perhaps there is another way? (Taxi is not an option on this very budget trip).

I think there is a bus that goes directly to HDDR from MGM. Seems I read that somewhere here. I will be corrected if wrong. If so, maybe a walk or boat to MGM and leave from there.

The bus to FW, then any internal bus(to the Settlement stop) will be the fastest route. The monorail would require a transfer at the TTC to get to the MK, then walk to the boat dock. The boats are a nice way to get around but if speed is important then they are not the way to go from Epcot. The bus from MGM drops off at the Settlement stop so no internal bus is needed, but the time it take to get from Epcot to MGM is longer than the time it will take to ride the internal bus from Outpost to Settlement(between 5 and 10 min depending on the number of stops needed, I have been on one that didn't stop between the two since no one was waiting at the other stops along the way)
