Epcot to Boardwalk

Sorry if this has been asked before, but my search function refuses to work this morning!
I know Epcot is walking distance to Boardwalk area, but exactly how far?

From the International Gateway in Epcot, it's about a 10-12 minute walk.

Not too far. From the ESPN Zone about a 1/2 and that is playing it safe. A quick walk over the bridage and to the right and WOW, you are there.

The walk from Boardwalk to EPCOT is not far at all, maybe a 10-15 minute walk. 20 minutes tops. We always walk, its so much easier than driving or waiting for a boat.

It seemed much shorter, no more than 10 minutes. We walked there everyday during our honeymoon.

From the village green in BW it's about 8-10 minutes to the Intl Gateway. It's about 15-20 to MGM. That's walking at a decent pace, not ambling.

From EPCOT to the BoardWalk it's not a bad walk at all, definitely less than 10 minutes.Now if you're thinking about walking from EPCOT to MGM don't do it unless you feel like walking and it's a nice cool day out as this walk is probably like close to 30 minutes.Either take the boat the whole way or walk to the Boardwalk or the Beach club and take the boat to MGM there.

I've stayed at Boardwalk a couple of times, both visits for a period of seven nights. The walk to Epcot is not too bad if you are only interested in visiting the World Showcase, but if you want to experience the attractions in the front part of Epcot (Test Track, Soarin', etc. it is what I would call a long walk.

And there is no boat or bus from Boardwalk to the front enterance of Epcot. No way to get there other than walking.

This was the only disadvantage I found to staying at Boardwalk. Otherwise, it's a super resort. Of course, if you have a room a long distance from the lobby, it's even futher away from the Epcot main gate.

On the other hand, if you are interested in the other attractions on the Boardwalk itself, it then becomes a real advantage to stay there.
