EPCOT Special Event Food Kiosk Question

One of our travel party's afternoon flight was cancelled by the airline. He is now taking an earlier flight and will be arriving midday, instead of late evening. This is disrupting our EPCOT plans, we will now only be getting a half day, since he doesn't have a ticket for that day.

We were so looking forward to sampling the foods at the International Festival of the Arts kiosks. We could skip breakfast and do a super early lunch sampling. What time do the kiosks generally start serving?

I believe it’s 11am when World Showcase opens.

I think the Holiday booths were open 12-8. I don't know that it would be the same for the Arts.

I vote for him finding something to do on his own or adding a day to his ticket.
